Who and how do we help?

Community Threads’ free resources are available to any individuals, families, organizations, or facilities that may benefit from their use. No strings attached. If you are a larger organization or facility, we can also work with you to coordinate bulk orders, regular drop-offs, and coordinated distributions.

Handcrafted Items

Aside from donated clothing, we offer handcrafted knitted, crocheted, and sewn items like blankets, pillows, totes, and toys. Therapy items are also available – easily washable fiddle mats, weighted comfort items, and various fidgets. Typically, these items can be anywhere from $50-$90 online. We provide them at no cost to you.

Free Clothes

Regardless of your circumstances, we can help with new and gently used Men’s and Women’s clothing sizes small to XXXL, children’s winter coats, and personal hygiene items. All clothing items are donated by the community and reviewed by Community Threads’ members.
